Neuronio Tomate

Creative Work

Food as image, thought and experience

Neuronio Tomate treats food as a creative material. A dish can be designed like a scene. A menu can be built like a film sequence. A recipe can become a small manifesto. A table can turn into a place where people do not only eat, but also feel, remember and think.

This section is dedicated to artistic food concepts, visual projects, special menus, future photography and collaborations where gastronomy meets art, philosophy and storytelling.

Concept menus

Concept menus are not created only to satisfy hunger. They are designed to express an idea.

A menu can be built around memory, seasonality, migration, sustainability, childhood, a colour, a place, a political question or even a single ingredient. Like a tomato that suddenly learns to think, a concept menu can open unexpected doors.

What can a concept menu include?

A thematic culinary direction

Plant-based or mixed menu development

Storytelling around ingredients

Visual and sensory identity

Seasonal and sustainable approach

Dishes designed for events, artistic projects or private experiences

Future photo documentation and portfolio presentation

Food and visual storytelling

Because the creator behind Neuronio Tomate also comes from a film background, image is an important part of the project. Future food photography should not work only as decoration. It should feel like visual evidence of an idea.

The photos of concept menus can be used almost like stills from a film – expressive, warm, imperfect in a human way, full of texture and atmosphere.

Artistic collaborations

Neuronio Tomate is open to collaborations with artists, writers, filmmakers, cultural institutions, magazines, restaurants, brands and event creators.

The project can be part of dinners, performances, editorial projects, interviews, podcasts, talks, workshops or experimental food experiences.

This space is for projects that ask:

What if food could speak?
What if a recipe could remember?
What if a menu could become an essay?
What if dinner could be a small artistic event?

Have an idea that needs flavour, image and thought?

Let’s create a concept menu, artistic food experience or visual story that turns gastronomy into something memorable.
