Neuronio Tomate

Journal

Notes, essays and reflections around food and life

Here, Neuronio Tomate can publish articles, essays, recipes, reflections, interviews, Substack updates, behind-the-scenes notes and philosophical fragments about food, sustainability, culture, work and daily life inside professional kitchens.

This space will not only show the beautiful side of gastronomy. It will also tell the truth behind the profession of a Chef du Cuisine — the pressure, the long hours, the physical effort, the emotional intensity, the chaos, the discipline and the invisible problems that people often do not see from the dining room.

Because from the outside, chef work can look glamorous. But behind the plates, there are burns, deadlines, heavy prep, broken systems, exhausted teams, difficult services and moments when everything depends on people staying focused under pressure.

Neuronio Tomate wants to talk about that too.
